The Optometrist was very helpful, very thorough and guided me through the processes excellently.

Optician was very helpful and understanding. I was surprised to find that there were none of the usual assistants present - they were all new. I had to wait quite a while with my daughter, who also had an appointment , for someone to help her with choosing her new glasses etc. staff were very busy with other customers.
